When type "system settings" in krunner I get no results because in Danish it's called "Systemindstillinger". OK, so just search in Danish.
However when I search for "Regneark" which is spreadsheet in danish, kword doesn't show. I have to search for "spreadsheet".

The wish is for krunner to search in all available languages so you don't have to do duplicate searches in different languages.

I run into this problem often. Its actually a bug since the behavior is inconsistent. 

I can't just search in english, I have to change between danish and english with nothing but my memory to guide me.
