Okular (konqueror has it too) has a very nice feature wish is shift scrolling, the basic idea is that you press shift key and then the down or up arrow, it will make your page scroll down or up, but instead of just scroll some pixels and than stop it will continue until it finishes the page or the user click on shift again, the speed of the scroll changes when the user click more in the down/up arrow.
I dont know if you guys got the idea with my description, but it's very easy to test it:
1: Open Okular or Konqueror
2: Hold the shift key and then start pressing the down or up key
3: Click on shift key again to stop the scroll
4: Click on shift key again to restart the scroll again

That's it!

This is actually the same functionality as I mentioned in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=197519
In my wish I only mentioned the middle click though, using the shift keys is nice too

I finally applied Johannes patch! He also found time to rewamp it as too much time was passed :D
Anyway, we now have the shift + scrolling feature!
