Description arne anka 2009-08-09 00:15:27 UTC
Version: unknown (using 4.3.00 (KDE 4.3.0), Debian packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.29.4

akonadi pops up an annyoing "starting akonada" progressbar and dies witha far more annoying

The QtSQL driver 'QMYSQL' is required by your current Akonadi server configuration.
The following drivers are installed: QSQLITE, QMYSQL3, QMYSQL.
Make sure the required driver is installed.

what is that supposed to mean?
it needs qmysql, it knows, qmysql is installed and yet it asks me, to look for it??
i didn't ask it to run in the first place and i am far from happy to have a useless mysql instance running -- shouldn't at least that thing be able to figure out its stuff and say something _useful_?
trying to save the "report" is near to impossible since the whole thing suddenly disappears, taking the file dialog with it ...
