Tried uninstalling and reinstalling kdesvn? uninstall and install kdesvn and kdesvn-kio-plugins did not solve the problem ( have not logged out from KDE in the meantime !? )... The message is in german ( see screenshot ), like the following : "An error happened while loading modul kdesvn as root. Possible cause: The library can't be found."
