When the task bar is full I can't find a way to make the right click on it  and bring "task manager setting".
Ideas:
* right click wherever on window list could bring the "task manager setting" in addition to window list options. 
* could be nice to be able to reach the plasma widgets configure options from "Add Widgets" windows.

I just figure out that configuring the task manager setting could be accessed with the "configure plasma panel" button and then right click on the widget in question.
So it might be a bug to discard but I find it not very intuitive.
