What I was doing when the application crashed:
In system settings I tried to view the login manager when I got the message.  It took a moment or two, but the login manager actually opened anyway (although I had pressed the icon to open it again, so maybe it just crashed on the first time I dd it?)

The same as bug 199359 and bug 202145. Merging.
- Does this only happen with the KDM("Access Manager") module ?
