I suppose this is a wish, even though I consider it a bug myself...

The order of the tabs in the kick-off widget is static, which seems unnatural to me as a long time kde<4 user. To me KDE4 remains a usability nightmare (speed and polish is not up to my level of comfort), but every new version I try again.

The menu system could be improved a lot if it was possible to reconfigure the tab-order to my preferences.

Another problem I have is the way to navigate through the tree of items, since it isn't presented as a tree, which is confusing. 

To configure these wishes, I'd like them to be configurable through a right-click or a configure button on the kickoff area.

The other ticket is both older and has more helpful comments on which way the reordering might be achieved best.
