A duplicated task is appearing on the task manager. It started to happen here since 4.2.98, and got to 4.3. I already cleaned up my .kde directory. I still can't get a pattern, but it seems it happens with random applications. If I close the originating app, the task is still there. Right click-close doesn't close it.
