What I was doing when the application crashed:
it seems to me that i had a similar crash before. but i couldnt find it. maybe you could search by my name. i reported the crash. 

i was moving folders from the folderview as containment to the folderview applet. i used the nice and handy folder popup function.

i have several folderview as containment problems. also the performance to move files around is very slow and sometimes kde suspends composit because the performance is too slow. normaly i have no performance problems with kwin.

can you install the debug packages for kdebase-apps and retrigger this crash? i'm surprised to see this one in 4.3.0, but i suppose there must be another way to trigger this particular crash (assuming it's related to a set of bugs i fixed during the betas/rcs related to the popup?)

i installed kdemod-workspace-debug, kdemod-kdelibs-debug, kdemod-runtime-debug, kdemod-kdelibs-experimental-debug and kdemod-plasmaaddons-debug

i tried to reproduce the crash, but i had no luck! ;)

i will try it again. please tell me if i have all debug packages i need for a good backtrace. thanks.

The packages you installed are enough, let's mark this as NEEDSINFO until we get the backtrace again. Thanks (btw, if you get a plasma crash and you are not the same if it is the same as this, attach the .kcrash file instead of pasting its contents here).
