Please check the templates (global, identity and folder) to look for %QUOTE, that is the template instruction that copies the old message with the quote prefix in the new mail. You are right, Activating the "custom" templates (with %QUOTE) in the account setting and the quoting works ! Otherwise there is a %BLANK. The question for me is, what set the %BLANK in the global setting that prevented my quoting ? thx for the workaround !
