I had enabled kget as downloadmanager for konqueror but gave up on it: mostly everytime I started the download of a file and chose a folder for it to be saved in kget tried to save the file with the folders name in the parent directory of this folder, i.e. to overwrite the folder with the file - instead of saving the file with its original name *into* the chosen folder.
