Description Martin Koller 2009-08-01 12:21:39 UTC
Version: 2.0.9 (using 4.2.98 (KDE 4.2.98 (KDE 4.3 RC3)) "release 150", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.1)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.27.25-0.1-pae

When I select "Change Passphrase" on my certificate, but on the passphrase dialog which pops up I select "cancel", kleopatra still tells me "Passphrase successully changed" although I did not change it!

The passphrase dialog I get is "pinentry-qt"

Hi,

I did nearly the same.

I selected "Change Passphrase" - typed in my phrase and clicked "OK".

Then Kleopatra (PINENTRY.EXE) said "Type in your new Passphrase" - and I clicked "Cancel" - > "Passphrase successfully changed".

But now the Pathphrase is neither the old one (from the time before changing) nor blank (NULL).

But what is the Passphrase now?

Who can help?

TIA

Bjoern

Same problem here, if you make 3 errors on the old passphrase, you get the dialog "Passphrase successully changed".
I am using Kleopatra 2.0.12 and KDE 4.5.2.

I've checked this with KDE/4.10 on Windows and this works as expected. I only get the Passphrase successfully changed message if the change actually worked.

I'm resolving this as worksforme, please reopen or comment if you still have the problem with current kleopatra versions.
