networkmanager-kde4 does not use the passwords from kwallet when tries to reconnect.

"tries to reconnect" means after a connection breakage, or a failed connection attempt right?  

But not after logging in, restarting NetworkManager or knetworkmanager?

There is a separate code path for repeat connection attempts, where NM does a repeat query for secrets and it appears that it is this one that is broken from my testing.
