Wish of new option in 'Configure Practice' dialog in order to change 'full match' behaviour in Practice (Written type of test), because one word in First language might have a few definitions (e.g. comma separated) in Second language, and each of them will be correct.

This is what synonyms do.  But they are currently not very well implemented.  Stay tuned for more info about this.
