This is dropping target bug. Tooltip from this shows when it off (on same place< where it was be)

I can't reproduce it. First of all, do you still see it? And if so, could you please find a way to reproduce it?

No, in KDE 4.3 final  (Mandriva), bug seems fixed

I am wrong. The way to reproduce:
1) run kget
2) start download
3) show drop target
4) remember its position
5) hide drop target
6) move mouse to remembered position

The tjjltip is appeared
