Version:           2.3 (using 4.2.95 (KDE 4.2.95 (KDE 4.3 RC1)), MS Visual Studio 2008 SP1)
Compiler:          cl.exe

My system is installed on D: drive but konsole searches for cmd.exe on C: drive
and throws a message

Note to the kdewin folks: when fixing this, *please* ask 'doze where it is installed, as there is no requirement even that it is installed to <driveletter>:\WINDOWS.
