Version:           2.0.1 (using KDE 4.2.98)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

The feature to merge a layer down already exists in the layer menu. When I first went looking for it, I thought it didn't exist, as I expected I'd find it by right clicking on a layer in the Layers docker.

It would help (ex?) Gimp / Photoshop users aand new users discover it, if the merge layer down option was also available from the layers docker.

Thanks! I love how far Krita has come since 1.6!

Should be added to the right-click menu (which could use clearer separators)
