Right-click on the Flower icon of an ICQ contact, select "User Info" and see that the new window lacks all icons except one.

Nuno Pinheiro told me in the comments of http://pinheiro-kde.blogspot.com/2009/07/back-to-work-as-usual.html that such bugs should be reported via Bugzilla. Specific to Kopete he said that the Oxygen team already did those icons.

OK, this is the first time I've done this. I wrote a patch and submitted it to Review Board: http://reviewboard.kde.org/r/1083/
Hopefully, I did it right.
