*** Bug 205470 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Hmm, this propose sounds legitimately. Is this correct way howto implement this? * define new KIO:Error item in kdelibs/kio/kio/global.h, * use them in trashimpl.cpp * and handle with new dialog in kdelibs/kio/kio/copycob.cpp If it is, I am ready implement this and send you patch. Are you ready accepth this solution? Btw, I am newbie in hacking kio/kdelibs... This really needs to be implemented for the sake of the usability. this -very annoying- bug is related to this one https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=245482 (In reply to comment #0) > Version: 1.3 (using KDE 4.2.96) if bug won't be fixed for 4.11 final, at least not turning on trash maximum size limit by default would help novice users. This at least as a temporary hack until bug gets really fixed. If you see this message while deleting from Dolphin, you can open the Trash from the places panel and empty the trash. |
