This Message appears in the console: KCrash: Application 'ksystraycmd' crashing... sock_file=/home/ue/.kde4/socket-hal/kdeinit4__0 unfortunately the backtrace doesn't seem complete, if you can reproduce please see http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports You need to install the "kdelibs5-debuginfo" package. Also, consider to update your KDE to the 4.2 series. (4.1.3 packages from OpenSUSE contains unsupported backports that caused some weird crashes in the past). Thanks Merging with bug 170519.
