Confirmed with KDE 4.4.5 (even if I ever suggest not to use list-style-image but background-image with no repeat and with background-position:0 50%) " Because of persistent incompatibilites between implementations, the constraints on the position of 'outside' markers are relaxed for some values of 'text-align' and in the presence of floats. This will be fixed in a future specification. " http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-css-testsuite/2010Oct/0197.html So, it seems that there is no strict requirement to pass this testcase in order to be fully compliant with the CSS 2.1 specification. I will leave this bug report open though as it can eventually apply to CSS 3. regards, Gérard Dear user, KHTML (and KJS) was a long time more or less unmaintained and got removed in KF6. Please migrate to use a QWebEngine based HTML component. We will do no further fixes or improvements to the KF5 branches of these components beside important security fixes. For security issues, please see: https://kde.org/info/security/ Sorry that we did not fix this issue during the life-time of KHTML. Greetings Christoph Cullmann |
