In yahoo i added my own id as my friend like if my ID is xyz i added xyz as a friend of xyz , i have no issues with it in yahoo, now i can see if iam online or not or how i am showing to my friends but kopete throws an error saying i cannot add myself to my own friends list why is that, tis was not there in earlier kopete versions

yeah, i get the same error each time i login. i don't see the problem in adding your own id to the list but if that is not possible at least suppress that message.
