steps to reproduce
1. open an application with a tray icon on workspace 11
2. change to workspace 4
3. click the tray icon

result: amarok is hidden on workspace 11

expected result: 

amarok should be moved from workspace 11 to 4, since it was not in view,

I can reproduce this bug using KDE SC 4.3.4 and Qt 4.5.3.

A second click on the tray icon displays the application as expacted
