If I open a pdf and choose print preview he tell me /tmp/... cannot open. But the file is exists and I can open with dolphin. 

in .xsession-errors I can find:
sh: pstoedit: command not found

You have also karbon (from koffice) installed, so its kpart is used as default for PS files. (More details in #204925.)
