woops The default font for the digital clock is not 'Sans Serif' its 'Dejavu Sans' and a screenshot showing 'dejavu sans' for digital clock, while systemsettings all configured to use 'droid sans/monospace' http://img22.imageshack.us/img22/4532/snapshot1f.jpg i don't think this is really a bug but more a "feature", because probably "many" people want a different fancy font for their clock. So there would be the possibility to add a option to use the system fonts (junior job anyone?), but i consider this more of a wish than a bug. As for me, much more peoples will want to see same font, that was set by user in system-wide preferences. This is definitely not feature, this is bug. Or if you don't think so - then let's use different font in each application, and let's ignore user-made settings. As for me, this is insane - but at least, this will follow your logic. > So there would be the possibility to add a option > to use the system fonts (junior job anyone?), More correctly - option to _NOT_USE_ system-wide settings. > but i consider this more of a wish than a bug. Let's name each bug as wish or feature, and then we'll can say "KDE have no bugs at all" :) Created attachment 75095 [details]

These clock widgets are about twice as high as they should be.
Hello! This feature request was filed for KDE Plasma 4, which reached end-of-support status in August 2015. KDE Plasma 5's desktop shell has been almost completely rewritten for better performance and usability, so it is likely that this feature request is already implemented in Plasma 5, or is no longer applicable. Accordingly, we hope you understand why we must close this feature request. If the requested feature is still desired but not implemented in KDE Plasma 5.12 or later, please feel free to open a new ticket in the "plasmashell" product after reading https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Bug_Reporting If you would like to get involved in KDE's bug triaging effort so that future mass bug closes like this are less likely, please read https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved#Bug_Triaging Thanks for your understanding!
