When starting any kde4win application first time - startup takes few dozens of seconds, while any next start takes less than second. It would be great to add "start all required kde parts" as checkbox to kde-windows-installer.

It can be placed somewhere into HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.

This option was added some time ago (after KDE4.3 feature freeze) and is now available through SystemSettings -> Platform.
