Description Victor Varvaryuk 2009-07-08 08:26:46 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.90)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

When i select 'Manage connections' clicking on plasma widget (Kubuntu 9.10, KDE 4.2.85 and earlier) a windows called 'Network Management - KDE Control Module' appears (screenshot attached). In my case there are several inactive (inaccessible) tabs: 'Wireless', 'Mobile broadband', 'DSL'. I cannot click on them and make them active.
Still, if i put cursor on an active tab (for example, 'Wired' in my case) and scroll the mouse wheel i can access inactive tabs being able to edit wireless conections and so on.

the same behaviour in system settings

It looks like this is not just Network Management problem - the same thing happens in other parts of KDE, for example in Systme Settings as shown in attachment.
It looks like this is KDE or Qt bug.

Qt testcase

Qt testcase showing it's nothing to do with KDE.

To test, qmake -project; qmake; make; ./qtabwidgetscrolltest
