Bubblemon can show the battery charge, but the bubbling animation is not played in this mode (or rather, it is only played for a few seconds when Plasma starts). It would be nice if the animation would play when the battery is being charged, i.e. when the power cord is connected.

If you unplug and plug the power back in, does the bubbling work again? I wrote bubblemon on a laptop, and I noticed a few random bugs with Solid that caused this kind of behavior but I haven't quite had time yet to hammer it out.

Fixed in r1051607. I finally sat down and found the one line of code.
