turn off the facebook plugin and see if that helps. kopete --disable facebook from the command line or the Run Command Interface should do the trick. After recompiling the facebook plugin against the latest version of Kopete, the problem goes away. Kopete now works fine, except for crashing on exit, like this: Application: Kopete (kopete), signal: Segmentation fault [KCrash Handler] #5 0x0000000000000000 in ?? Now, could you recompile the Facebook plugin with debug symbols to get a complete backtrace? Thanks Please open a new bug for the facebook crash on exit. *** Bug 199307 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 200324 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 200459 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 201025 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
