What are your KDE and Qt versions (svn revision/branch) ?

this is a bug in a kubuntu patch:

if you don't have the folderview plugin (e.g. you haven't installed
kdebase-apps) it will crash. this is not in the upstream sources, however. i
just talked with Riddel about the issue on irc and gave him some tips on how to
improve the patch.
