Some more options when setting up wallpapers would be desirable:

1. Option for mirroring an image.
2. Choose the files from a directory/directories for a slideshow like in KDE3, not only the directories.
3. Again for slideshow: Currently the maximum time images can change is 23h59m59s. Maybe even days could be added to the hours/minutes/seconds scheme.

The second wish has been already asked on bug #182024 .

Would be nice to add "Recursively include all sub-directories" check-box option, so that you could uncheck it and stop it from adding all directories when I only just want it to use the one directory selected..

This feature request was filed for KDE Plasma 4, which reached end-of-support status in August 2015. KDE Plasma 5's desktop shell has been almost completely rewritten for better performance and usability, so it is likely that this feature request is already implemented in Plasma 5, or is no longer applicable.
