As I understand from https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=198809, KGet will never properly resolve destination file name when I start download using right click > Actions > Download with KGet option. The only way to get final name is to use KGet as download manager and use "Save As" in browser.

But in this case if kget for whatever reason misbehaves (that may always happen) user is left with no choice. (S)he has to go back to KGet settings, disable browser integration, and go back to save file.

Almost every download manager on Windows supports "Open URL in browser if cancelled" option - when I cancel download in manager, browser gets it back and offers standard "Save As" dialogue.

Could we get the same in KGet please? Or make sure that Save As in browser behaves exactly the same as Actions > Download with KGet :)
