Description edgardo 2009-07-04 23:40:14 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

It should be possible inside GwenView to select a few files, and change their "EXIF Date Taken" field.
It's specially useful to help organize scanned pictures, or pictures taken with incorrect camera settings.

Thanks,
Edgardo.

You can do what you want with the metadata kipi plugin. Make sure you have kipi-plugins installed, Go to "Plugins > Images > Metadata > Edit Exif..."

The menu option "Plugins > Images > Metadata > Edit Exif...", allows changing the properties of one picture at a time.

This feature request is to enter the info once, and apply to all selected pictures at once.

So, I'd like to keep this item open, but I'm not sure if I'm changing the status correctly :)

Thanks,
Edgardo.

Oh OK. This feature request is for the kipi plugin then.

Aurelien,

This plugin is not delegate to process date in batch.

In digiKam, we have a view in right side bar which can change date for selected items in batch. Items selection is done from icon view...
