If you choose to be able to shade your window by clicking two time on the title bar you will see that oxygen theme does have a problem since kde 4.3rc1

The shadding is not good a part of the window is still visible (more thant expected).
Bug present on kubuntu packages and also fedora's one.

I forgot to tell that the problem is just with oxygen when compositing is used.
