Installed from:    Compiled From Sources

I've seen this bug since I gave a try to the early KDE 4 branch, I thought it was already reported, but it still exists in KDE 4.3.

Way to reproduce : 
- Add a new Note plasmoid on the desktop
- Rotate it
- Right click on the note so that the context menu appears.
=> The context menu got rotated too.

It seems to be the only widget with this behaviour, but I didn't check deep
