Description Salvo "LtWorf" Tomaselli 2009-07-02 14:38:25 UTC
Version: 0.70.4 (using 4.2.4 (KDE 4.2.4), Debian packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.30-final

I think it would be a nice idea to add the capability (i suggest bzip2) of compressing logs older than one year for example.. well with a customizable time.
I have like 100MiB of logs and you can be sure that i don't read them every day. So i think it would make sense to put an option to compress the older logs and decompress them when the user wants to read.

Dear user, unfortunately Kopete is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
