*Steps to reproduce: 
goto System Settings > Advanced User Settings > Session Manager 
check On login: restore previous session
logout
log in

see, for me, session was not restored - opened windows, apps in system tray, etc are not running

shall we consider the bug resolved? as of kde 4.3.1 it seems to work for me now :)
