It would be a nice shortcut, and give a nice sense of integration if the followingwere possible:

1 click on clock widget (opens a calendar)
2 click on a specific day -> opens korganizer at that day

This feature could also extend the wish on bug #46262.

Cool.  578 pre-existing votes for this feature.  I have reviewed 46262 and the thread is completely consistent with the wish expressed here.

I thought this was implemented in 3.X BTW.

not in the standard clock that shipped with kicker.
