I have a digital camera which mounts as a FAT drive. It's a Olympus C-720.
My workflow looks like this:
connect the camera
download photos to a folder
delete photos from the camera

The problem:
Dolphin shows previews of images that had the same filename, but are no longer there (there are different images with the same name in their places).
When I change the preview size with the slider in the bottom right corner, I get different set of past previews.
When I hover the mouse over an image, I get the right preview (it even animates the change!). When I move the mouse away from the image, it fades out into the bad preview again.

Works for me in KDE Frameworks 5.47.
