Where did you read the track length for audiocd in dolphin? when clicking on the audiocd symbol that appears on inserting a cd i get the audiocd:// listing with zero tracklength, and amarok with the new audiocdsupport also reveals this A screenshot could be very useful :-) thanks :-) Created attachment 34753 [details]

oh crazy, it says date not time 8| the 0:00 looked like length to me - which would made sense and i think amarok needs that info to display proper metadata... Probably the date field displays 00:00 because there is no date on audio CD. I've tested some audio CD and the date is ever 00:00. @Peter: do you confim it? I could not test this issue yet (I'm not at home currently), but a date that is shown as 00:00 is confusing and this should be fixed (e. g. by showing no date entry at all if no date is given :-)). I've set this issue to NEW and will have a look on it. Checked this issue with Kubuntu 10.10 (kde 4.6.2) and I see "00:00" in the Date column as well. |
