Dear maintainers,

this is neither a bug, nor a wish. But as there is no one who can seked, I ask here. Please apologize. So, I cannot find the speech files for kttsd (you know, the responsible files, which talk the messages.). I want to play a little bit around with them, to improve the messages (only for German at the moment). But I can not find any. Can you tell me, where I can find them? To which package do they belong?
