Hi, 

currently I am unable to remove the Fancy Tasks plasma applet. I added it to my panel. I can remove it but as soon as I restart KDE it is there again.

I have a similar problem with applet "Now rocking" that I downloaded from kde-look.org via GHNS.

I can remove it but it reappears each time I restart KDE.
It is not removed from plasma-appletsrc when I remove it.

Seems to be fixed in 4.4 RC 1
