I get this error: 
Could not start process Unable to create io-slave: klauncher said: Error loading 'kio_http',
when I try to click on a link in pdf file.

This is usually a transient problem when you do things like reinstall KDE while it's running. If kio_http really was that broken there would be many more bug reports or comments on this one. Closing as invalid.
Please reopen if the problem persists and/or can be reproduced reliably.
