In KDE4.3Beta 2 if you configure your classic menu with a custom icon and select the items you want to 'view' using the "Application Launcher Menu Settings", if you switch to the kick-off style menu and then switch back to classic -- All of your settings for the classic menu are Lost.

For some reason kde43 beta2 does not save or properly read the menu settings that you set for the classic menu before switching to kickoff and back. In other words the classic menu setting are not persistent across menu style changes. This should be fixed. Thanks.
