Steps to reproduce:

- Resize your panel to be smaller than the default panel size.
- Toggle compositing in kwin off and on again (Alt+Shift+F12).

The panel grows each time for about 3px until the default size has been reached.

This behaviour is reproducable with any kind of panel. Even empty ones.

This forces one to manually resize the panel each time compositing is suspended if one want it to be smaller.
