*** Summary ***

When KWin's compositing is toggled on/off a few times (usually no more than 2), my Plasma panel will resize itself from 32 pixels vertically to about 39.

*** Long Description ***

I first noticed this on KDE 4.2.x -- whenever I would unplug my laptop, PowerDevil would suspend compositing until I plugged it in somewhere else; I noticed my panel would usually stay the same the first time, but if I unplugged my laptop 2 or more times, this bug would be triggered. It is still present in KDE Trunk (I'm not sure if this is a KWin or Plasma bug, or both).

*** Reproduction ***

Just open `System Settings -> Desktop -> Desktop Effects -> General (Tab)' and toggle KWin's compositing on and off a couple times.

*** Specs ***

Linux kernel (2.6.29.4)
Nvidia proprietary driver (185.18.14 beta)
Xorg-Server (1.6.1.901)
KDE Trunk (4.2.91)
