Description Bruno Massa 2009-06-11 02:08:44 UTC
Version: 0.70.2 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu packages)

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.28-11-generic

Kopete dev team,

if I have 2+ different tabs on my chat window, the first tab (and only the first one) starts to get a standard US keyboard layout (but i use a brazilian "br" keyboard). This means that if i use localized keys, such as ç, á, é, they all get like c, 'e, 'a.

Since its a very specific bug, i hope it can be reproduced easily. but here are the steps:
0* use a internationalized keyboard (i used brazilian "br")
1* start a conversation
2* test ç, á or ó
3* start a second conversation
4* test ç, á or ó (they will fail)

regards,

massa

Marking as duplicate of bug 182996. Thanks (BTW: this is fixed when using Qt4.5.1)
