Description Christian Trippe 2009-06-10 14:00:42 UTC
Version:           1.11.90 (using 4.2.88 (KDE 4.2.88 (KDE 4.3 >= 20090527)) "release 135", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.1)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.27.21-0.1-default

I got a mail with a ps document attached. The symbol for this document in the header was displayed very large.

I could reproduce this easily, by doing the following steps.
1) Take an eps file (generated by gnuplot)
2) open it with gwenview and print it as ps-file
3) attach it to an e-mail in k-mail

=> The symbol is really huge in the header.

I will attach a screenshot.

This bug is because application-postscript.png is missing from the /usr/share/icons/oxygen/16x16/mimetypes/ directory, so the kmail gets the 256x256 version. Workaround is to resize an icon from another directory, say 32x32, and put it in the 16x16 directory.

re-assiging to the Oxygen product so the real 16x16 png can be put in place.

This is fixed with at least KDE 4.7.2. Closing.
