The remote folder assistent does not seem to allow to configure ftps://-connections. I have kio-ftps installed and it works in general to access those connections via dolphin.

I think the first problem is that kio-ftps is not part of KDE SC.

Bug 66117 is a prerequisite of this. Perhaps this bug could be folded in there, because knetattach support seems integral to a useful ftps kio-slave.
