Description Michael Helmling 2009-06-07 16:01:45 UTC

Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

I like to search my (huge) music collection for albums and songs that I never heard (play counter = 0). Amarok 1.4 had those nice dynamic playlists, where you could do "playcounter = 0, and subcategorize by artist / composer / ...". An easy approach to make this possible would be to add a play counter filter to the collection browser filters.
Of course, in the long run I would be even happier if amarok 2.* would have as powerful dynamic playlists as 1.4 did, but just adding this filter (and maybe some others - why aren't there just the same filter options as, e.g., in the playlist layout manager?) should be a rather easy task.

The filter exist, but it doesn't work correctly. Moving to bug.

This seems to work for me in the collection browser.

"playcount:0" for example seems to deliver the correct songs.

@reporter: is this still a problem for you?

I'm closing this as fixed since it's been a month and I've had no problems with filtering using playcount. Also from the git log there were a few commits since then that has the word 'playcount' and 'fix' in them.
